Plant Health Care & Turf Spray Technician
Shades of Green, Inc. is currently looking for motivated, experienced Plant Health Care & Turf Spray Technicians to join our team. In this role, you’ll be performing treatments to control pests and diseases in and around lawns, trees, and shrubs — helping our clients protect and enhance the value of their landscapes.
This is a full-time, year-round opportunity with room to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply treatments for pest and disease control on turf, trees, and shrubs
Safely manage and maintain spray and application equipment
Accurately record material usage and complete work orders
Communicate with customers about scheduled services and answer basic questions
Work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and service
What We're Looking For:
- Self-Motivated: Able to work safely and independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy matters when it comes to treatments and client communication.
- Driver Qualified: Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Well-Connected: Industry references required.
- Experienced: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with plant health care and turf applications.
- Licensed: Must hold a valid PA Pesticide Certification (Core + Categories 6 & 7).
- Dependable: Organized, punctual, trustworthy, and able to manage daily workload.

Compensation:
- Starting at $25.00 per hour.
- Pay is negotiable and based on experience, certifications, and ability to take on additional responsibilities.
